LJPC Abstract Submission Guidelines

 

LJPC Abstract Submission Format

 

 

For the Joint Conferences and Others abstract submission, use the following format:

  • A maximum of 400 words, which should be structured with subheadings for Background, Aims, Methods, Results, and Summary – Conclusion.

  • Images should be simple JPEGs, TIFs, or GIFs, under 500KB, and the abstract can have an unlimited number of authors and should include references where necessary.

 

The submission deadline for each event is stated on each conference webpage. 

 

General guidelines

  • Title: Please state your paper title

  • Word limit: 400 words for the entire abstract (including spaces and punctuation).

  • Subheadings: Use the following structure: Background, Aims, Methods, Results, and Summary – Conclusion.

  • Authors: There is no limit to the number of authors.

  • References: References are required where indicated.

  • Images: Submit as JPEG, TIF, or GIF files, not exceeding 500KB each. Images should be simple and reproduce well in black and white.

  • Tables and graphs: They should be saved separately
