LJPC Abstract Submission Format For July 2026 Conference

 

For the Joint SMC, LJPC, JIARE, IAHCP Society and Others abstract submission, use the following format:

  • A maximum of 400 words, which should be structured with subheadings for Background, Aims, Methods, Results, and Summary – Conclusion.

  • Images should be simple JPEGs, TIFs, or GIFs, under 500KB, and the abstract can have an unlimited number of authors and should include references where necessary.

The submission deadline 5 June 2026. 

General guidelines

  • Title: Please state the title of your presentation.

  • Word limit: 400 words for the entire abstract (including spaces and punctuation).

  • Subheadings: Use the following structure: Background, Aims, Methods, Results, and Summary – Conclusion.

  • Authors: There is no limit to the number of authors.

  • References: References are required where indicated.

  • Images: Submit as JPEG, TIF, or GIF files, not exceeding 500KB each. Images should be simple and reproduce well in black and white.

  • Tables and graphs: They should be saved separately

Important dates

  • Abstract submission opens:  1 September 2025.

  • Abstract submission deadline has been extended: 5 June 2026.

  • Late-breaking findings in healthcare issue abstract submission deadline: 20 June 2026.
