Advances in Medicine, Surgery, General Practice/Family Medicine in the New World.

Reforms and changes have been occurring in medicine, surgery, general practice/family medicine and primary care globally in the past decades.   Doctors, Surgeons and General Practitioners/Family Physicians are now being called upon to undertake teaching and research, as well managing their clinical care.   Patients are becoming more informed about their health, and they are using this to question doctors in the community.   In addition there has been an increase in expectations of society in general in the way their care should be delivered in the 21^st century, especially with the increase use and reliant on new technology.  Therefore there is now more need for clinicians to be involved in educational activities in order to broaden their knowledge in meeting the challenges they face in the changing World.

The topics to be covered during the conference include advances in medical education and research approaches, Stem cell techniques, evidence-based practice, quality of patient care, general internal medicine, medical emergencies in general practice, primary care issues, epidemiology and public health matters, paediatrics and child health issues, cardiovascular diseases, diabetic care advances, progress in respiratory diseases, medical ethics and legal issues in healthcare, medical education, medical informatics, emerging foodborne disease, infectious diseases and global diseases epidemics, tropical diseases, evidence-based medicine, obstetrics and gynaecology, mental health issues, co-morbidities, managing chronic diseases in the community and many more.

The format of the conference includes key note speaking/lecture, presentations of research or projects carried by delegates from different parts of the World, workshops, and interactive sessions for all delegates to participate in, and learn together in an informal environment.  There are also plenty of opportunities for networking and making new friends.  The Provisional Programme can be found below.

TOTAL HOURS OF PROCEEDINGS AND TRAINING, EXCLUDING REGISTRATION, TEA/COFFE BREAKS AND LUNCH:   32 Hours and 30 Minutes for four days (8 Hours and 7+ Minutes Per Day).

NOTES ON INVITED SPEAKERS:

Invited key note speakers and speakers are experienced researchers and scientists who have carried our in-depth studies in any branch of medicine and surgery, including all healthcare matters.

Please note that all invited speakers are required to submit Extended Abstracts of up to 1,200 words to reach us by 5 June 2025.

The Joint MSC, LJPC, JIARE, SMC and IAHCP Society Conference Centre venue, The Wesley London Euston, 81-103 Euston Street, London, NW1 2EZ, with all the facilities that it offers, is handy for visiting many attractions and shops in Central London.  It is also very close to the Theatre Land and West End of London.  The British Library is nearby in Euston Road, and it has so many transport facilities and stations like the Euston Square Station, Euston Station, Kings Cross Station, St Pancreas Station and many bus routes to name but few.  It is also easy to reach tourist attractions and business venues. Please note that there may be a possibility that this event can be held online via ZOOM depending on the situation with the COVID - 19 Infection and other infectious diseases, including other factors at the time of the conference.  In which case, updated information will be published on this page.  The mode of the proceedings is hybrid in nature, as there is face to face, as well as online proceedings.  These will be stated on the Final Programme of Proceedings, which will be available by 6 August 2025.
